3. To purchase our report, you must waive your right of withdrawal within 14 days of entering into the contract, and allow Us to delivery your raport instantly.

4. When you chose to hide your car data, this car data will never be accessible from our site.

5. Hidden car data could be accessible from other Website, we only delete it from Our Service.

6. The website makes every effort to provide the most accurate and comprehensive information in the Report. However, for the purpose of presenting in the Report, information is collected from many different public databases and other sources whose content, as well as their accuracy, timeliness and completeness, is beyond the control of the Website, i.e. the Website simply provides this generalized information to the User in the form of a Report. §4 - Services

1. The contract between VinCrash and the User is deemed concluded upon receipt of payment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Users will pay for the Services provided by VinCrash.com by credit or debit card, bank transfer, PayPal or at the User's choice. Services will be provided to the User only after he has paid for them, in accordance with the procedures set out in these Regulations and on VinCrash.com.

3. For the purposes of value added tax (VAT), Services are considered electronically provided services, therefore the Company is guided by Council Directive 2006/112/EC of November 28, 2006 on the common system of value added tax , Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 1042/2013 of 7 October 2013 on tax on goods and services when determining the place of provision of Services to Consumers and applies the VAT rate applicable at the Consumer's place of residence to the Services. In order to determine the location of the Consumer, the Company will use technological, communication and other objectively available means to determine the location of the Consumer. In the event of discrepancies between the data obtained in the above-mentioned manner, the Company also relies on the data provided by the Consumer, the authenticity of which is confirmed by the Consumer, and he is responsible for their credibility. When providing Services to Commercial Users, the Company applies the general rules for determining the place of provision of Services for VAT purposes set out in the Polish Act on tax on goods and services.

4. The User purchasing the Service may receive a VAT invoice. The invoice can be sent by e-mail.

5. The website reserves the right to suspend the service if incorrect data required to place an order is provided. If the website finds that the provided data is unreliable, the service delivery will be suspended until the ordering party completes the correct data. In such a case, an appropriate notification will be sent to the service recipient.

§5 - Complaint

1. If the Services, for example the purchase of a report, are ordered by a Consumer, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from such a contract within 14 days, without giving any reason, by informing the Company at the e-mail address support@vincrash.com, except for cases provided for in point 1.2 of these Regulations. The declaration of resignation from the Services referred to in this paragraph shall be submitted by the Consumer in any form to the e-mail address provided above, providing the number and date of the relevant order for the Services, their contact details and the willingness to resign from a specific order for the Services. The company will return to the consumer all amounts paid by him immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the consumer's statement of withdrawal from the contract.

2. Complaints about the services can be sent by email to support@vincrash.com. When submitting a complaint, you must provide your name, address, email address, and the type and description of the problem. The company will process the complaint promptly, but no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, and provide a response within this period.
